An eventful summer is on the horizon for Milan: Olivier Giroud will likely be leaving the club in order to participate in a new adventure overseas, specifically in the MLS with Los Angeles FC. The midfield department, however, should also be monitored as there are now news about a potential transfer of Ismael Bennacer.
According to reports from Calciomercato.it, though, the Algerian international is considered untouchable, and despite a season plagued by injuries, the former Arsenal and Empoli player has several admirers, especially in the Premier League and Saudi Arabia. The right offer could come from there.
As per the source, however, a proposal of around 50 million euros could actually change the Rossoneri management's mind, as relayed via Pianeta Milan.
In England, Arsenal is considering a move for Bennacer, the club where he played before joining Empoli.
So far this season, the AC Milan number 4, who is 26 years of age, has actually managed to make 15 appearances between two competitions: Serie A and Europa League. He has one assist registered to his name. His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027.
