Luca Gotti, coach of Lecce, spoke at a press conference on the eve of tomorrow's match against Milan.
Here are his words ahead of the San Siro game reported by Tuttomercatoweb:
On the match:
"It will be a difficult game like all Serie A matches. Milan is a top-ranking team in excellent form and has quite different characteristics; they manage the field differently and will force us to modify some of the things that helped us against Roma. The important thing is that Milan doesn't have complete control of the game as happened in Salerno. It requires personality in ball management, accepting a small risk coefficient. Only then can you stay in the game for 90 minutes."
4-3-3 against Milan?
"Milan has players who move a lot like Theo, Calabria, Florenzi... if you want to think about playing with individual references, they'll take you around. We'll see during the game."
On Stefano Pioli:
"(Daniele) De Rossi didn't have a scenario to study Lecce. Pioli needs to see these two matches against Lecce less because he has often played against me and knows how I might try to face him."
