AC Milan want to reinforce the midfield, as reiterated again by Tuttosport, in this morning's print edition. There are some names on the radar for the club managers, such as Sofyan Amrabat.
He is certainly not new to the upper echelons of Casa Milan: the Moroccan midfielder had been sought after by the Rossoneri in the past, but then the matter had never been further explored, especially after a World Cup where he played a starring role, putting him on the radar of the top European clubs, those with much greater financial power. And so, last summer, Amrabat moved to Manchester United, which shelled out 10 million euros for a loan move. Amrabat, however, did not find the success he was looking for with Manchester United. As per the latest reports, it seems that he may already be on his way back to his Serie A club Fiorentina.
Amrabat, though, should be placed in the transfer list by the Italian club and there will be some clubs looking at him, including Milan. Geoffrey Moncada and his colleagues are interested in his profile as he brings physical strength and quality in midfield. He is a much liked profile who could perhaps finally replace Franck Kessié's presence.
As for the transfer market value, Tuttosport explain that a fee between 15 and 18 million euros may be enough to secure his services. But, it must be noted that AC Milan are planning to fork out a large amount of the investment for the new striker who shall replace Olivier Giroud.
