This morning, Corriere dello Sport attempts to outline how much time remains before Paulo Fonseca's official announcement at Milan.
The headline in this morning's edition describes the terms under which the Portuguese coach will take the helm of the Rossoneri:
"A two-year deal for Fonseca."
According to the report, only the final bureaucratic details need to be settled before the official announcement can be made. Next week, as has been speculated for some time, could be the right one. The former Roma boss will sign a two-year deal with an option for a third year, worth 3 million euros, including bonuses.
But Milan also has two other coaches to officially announce. The second part of the headline reads:
"U23 Team Established."
For the registration of the second team, only the approval of the authorities is missing: Jovan Kirovski, formerly of LA Galaxy, is already working on the project in Milan. Daniele Bonera has been chosen for the bench.
In addition to that, a new coach for the Primavera team will need to be found, following Ignazio Abate's departure to pursue a career in the professionals level.
