AC Milan are monitoring several strikers, as reported by the media outlets in the last few weeks. The work is ongoing to make important and targeted signings which should reinforce and improve the team in view of the next season.
Paulo Fonseca needs a new striker for his team, especially since Olivier Giroud leaves on a free to join LA FC.
Besides Joshua Zirkzee and Artem Dovbyk and the other many profiles linked to the club, a new name has emerged on the radar for the Rossoneri. In fact, La Repubblica newspaper explained that Milan are keeping an eye on the surprise of this ongoing Euro competition: Georges Mikautadze.
The centre-forward in question is 23 years of age and represents the Georgia national team. He plies his trade in Ligue 1 for Metz (on loan from Ajax with an option to buy). In the French league, he managed to score 13 goals and 4 assists after 20 matches. In the Euro cup with his national team, he scored 3 goals after 3 matches. He scored against Turkey, The Czech Republic, and Portugal.
