According to what is reported by Tuttosport in this morning's print edition, AC Milan has asked for the signing of Carney Chukwuemeka on loan plus the option to buy the player. However, Chelsea have refused the idea and are demanding to receive a fee around 15 to 20 million euros to let him go.
The AC Milan scouting department Geoffrey Moncada is reportedly a fan of the player and has been following for quite a bit. He can play in different positions in the midfield department and he can even replace Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the 4-2-3-1 lineup.
