AC Milan want to reinforce the central defender position and their top target is RB Salzburg's 23-year-old player Strahinja Pavlovic, the Serbian international.
According to the latest news shared by the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the centre-back has been clear with his club: he wants AC Milan move after personal terms agreed last week. He is ready for a new chapter in his career, in Italy.
Talks are still underway between the Rossoneri club management and the Austrian outfit to try to find an agreement.
Last season, Pavlovic made 37 appearances. He played a total of 3262 minutes between the Austrian Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and the Austrian cup competition. He even contributed with 4 goals and 3 assists registered to his name.
Pavlovic stands at 194 centimetres tall and is left-footed. His contract runs until the summer of 2027.
