In the second half of August, Milan will look to complete their summer transfer window with two more acquisitions. They aim to sign Lazar Samardzic from Udinese, a player capable of playing both as a central midfielder and an attacking midfielder, and a second striker to support Morata and the confirmed Luka Jović. However, these deals are only possible if some players leave the club. The main candidates to leave Milan are Malick Thiaw (who is liked by Newcastle), Yacine Adli, and Ismaël Bennacer (both midfielders have offers from Saudi Arabia). Additionally, Moncada has already spotted a free transfer opportunity for next year...
According to 'MilanLive.it', Milan is closely monitoring the progress of Kacper Urbański, born in 2004, a Polish midfielder who had a strong season at Bologna with Thiago Motta, playing 25 excellent matches between Serie A and the Coppa Italia in his first experience in Italy.
A versatile player who can play both as a central midfielder and an attacking midfielder, or as a wide forward in a trident, Urbański's contract expires on June 30, 2025. Bologna has the option to extend the contract by another year, but Moncada would like to try to secure his services ahead of everyone else, starting next February, to avoid dangerous competition from Juventus.
The 19-year-old midfielder made 25 appearances last season with Bologna between Serie A and Coppa Italia. He played a total of 1079 minutes, registering one assist to his name.
