No one would have predicted such a start to the season for Milan, yet today Paulo Fonseca's team finds itself with only one point in the standings after facing two relatively manageable teams like Torino and Parma in the first two rounds of the championship, as relayed via Milan News.
Something is clearly not right; nothing seems to have changed compared to the Pioli era, especially in defence, which at the Tardini stadium, proved to be poorly organized and, above all, fragile and weak.
This situation was also discussed this morning by Il Corriere della Sera:
"Too many mistakes at the back. There’s a lack of balance. Already 4 goals conceded in two matches against Torino and Parma: the ease with which opponents find the goal is striking. The arrival of Pavlovic will raise the level: at the Tardini, the former Salzburg player was among the best."
