National team break, with Milan taking four days off after "losing" 21 players in total called up by their respective national teams, and with a few others still not in top shape and sidelined.
After the break, the Rossoneri will be looking for redemption after an unremarkable start to the season, and to achieve that, they will need everyone's contribution, especially Álvaro Morata, who missed the Parma and Lazio games due to a muscle issue. Sky Sport journalist Manuele Baiocchini spoke about the Spanish player's condition.
Baiocchini's comments on Alvaro Morata and Tammy Abraham's situations:
"The feeling is that Abraham might start from the first minute (vs Venezia). Morata has recovered from the issue he had against Torino: he's doing well now and is just looking for his best form. Abraham is already in good shape and showed that against Lazio. I believe he might start, also because after that there will be games against Liverpool and the derby, so it's likely that for rotation, the Englishman will play against Venezia and Morata in the other two."
