The AC Milan boss, Paulo Fonseca, spoke to Sky Sport Italia just minutes before the match against Liverpool at the San Siro.
On the Champions League debut at San Siro:
"It's always great to play here with our fans; their support is always very important. Returning here to start the Champions League is always exciting. It's a big game against a great team, and we hope to have a good performance to make our fans proud."
Milan with a three-man midfield? Fonseca commented:
"I think the structure is important but not the most important. We want to have clear intentions. I liked the last game; this will be a different match because we will face a different opponent, but we want to play our game, and it will require a very strong collective effort."
Will it be Rafael Leao's night?
"We had the opportunity to mainly preserve Rafa and Reijnders. The players' motivation is always very high; Rafa has always performed very well in the Champions League, and we expect him to be decisive today because it's a game with characteristics suited for Rafa."
