AC Milan always keep an eye on interesting talents with potential to grow. Several profiles are on Geoffrey Moncada and the scouting department's radars.

As per the latest report, there is talk of an interest (and even an offer) for Semih Kilicsoy.
The player in question is 19 years old and currently plies his trade for Turkish outfit Besiktas where his contract runs until June 30, 2028.
The Turkish talent is liked by the Rossoneri club directors. According to what has been told by German source Fussball Europe, the Italians have made an offer for Semih Kilicsoy.
Milan's offer deemed not enough...
The bid, around 12 million euros for the Turkish Under-21 forward, was turned down for now. In addition to the Rossoneri, Premier League outfit Everton is also tracking him.
Kilicsoy has managed to make 10 appearances for his club this season so far. He played a total of 425 minutes across the Turkish league, domestic cup, and Europa League matches. He has 3 assists registered to his name.
