Speaking on Radio Rossonera Talk, journalist for Sky sport Italia, Peppe Di Stefano, the current moment of AC Milan and their head coach Paulo Fonseca.
"The environment? It has changed a bit compared to previous years; there’s a new policy. The inconsistent presence of management, by choice, has forced Fonseca to self-manage. In the past, if two players were arguing during training, the coach would continue the session while the present manager would partially take the two disputing players aside to talk to them."

Fonseca does everything
"With the current situation, Fonseca does everything. Personally, I find it a pleasant surprise... I thought he was a yes man or emotionally fragile, but he is not. I admire his press conferences a lot because he explains things well. He does this with the team as well. I hope for him and the team that they can find a rhythm now. The problem isn't the defeats, but the collateral issues that arose in Florence and with Lazio."
The journalist continued to talk about Paulo Fonseca and Milan:
"Now it’s time to get down to business, because the complicated yet exciting weeks are starting. You play against Bologna and you need to perform well, at home against Napoli and you must show your strength, against Monza, and in Madrid for one of the most beautiful matches in Europe. It’s great to play for Milan and to follow the team, but Milan now has to be Milan.”
