Sky Sport journalist, Peppe Di Stefano, revealed the situation at Milanello after the loss at San Siro last night against Antonio Conte's Napoli.

Here's what he had to say:
“A collective analysis needs to be done—not only a technical one but also within the club’s management. Today, for example, no executives were present at the training centre: Moncada wasn’t there, nor was Ibrahimovic, who had, however, been seen around Milanello earlier in the week on both Monday and Thursday."
The journalist explained more about the absence of the Rossoneri management:
"This approach is part of the current management’s strategy for engaging: it’s their policy, and they are following it. Perhaps things wouldn’t be different if the executives were here, but I believe that sometimes discussions can be more beneficial than training sessions.”
