Ciccio Graziani spoke during Sport Mediaset XXL, Mediaset’s Sunday sports program.
The former Roma and Torino striker discussed Milan's current situation, particularly regarding Paulo Fonseca - Rafael Leao.

Here’s what he said, as relayed via Milan News:
"What this coach (Fonseca) has brought so far: little game, very little, only in brief flashes, and a strong sense of depression within this team. Because managing Leao is an important task. Look, the way Leao is handled could cost Fonseca his job, and he doesn’t even realise it."
Graziani continued to talk about Paulo Fonseca's management of Rafael Leao and the Milan team:
"It seems there’s an obsession here: they say Leao doesn’t track back, doesn’t help in defense, is superficial, and lacks energy. Guys, I see Okafor play, and he does the same things as Leao—he doesn’t track back, he doesn’t support in the middle of the field or in defense. At that point, I’d stick with Leao again."
He added:
"It feels like these guys are absolutely not a team: there’s a disconnect; it feels like they’re just a bunch of guys who happened to end up there by chance. Milan doesn’t have a game plan.”
