Tijjani Reijnders has become crucial for head coach Paulo Fonseca this season. His performance against Real Madrid was only a confirmation of his skills and qualities which we have seen last season and also during this ongoing campaign.
According to what has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition, the former AZ Alkmaar has proven to be a great deal for the Rossoneri club directors.
Tijjani Reijnders value
Arriving for 20 million euros, his value has now tripled. Currently, he is worth around 60 million euros. Against Real, he attempted 52 passes, completing 98% of them.
He also scored his fourth goal in the last three matches. Barcelona, who wanted him last summer, still admires him, as does Manchester City.
Reijnders, however, is negotiating a renewal with AC Milan and will soon sign a new contract deal which should be valid until 2030, with his current 1.6 million euros salary doubled.
