Adriano Galliani, CEO of Monza, clarified the future of ex AC Milan attacking midfielder, Daniel Maldini.
In an interview, the former AC Milan executive confirmed that the player's future is with Monza at least until the end of this season.
Here's what he said:
"Daniel will stay with us until June; there are no active clauses for January."
Galliani then provided additional details about release clauses that could come into effect next summer regarding Daniel Maldini:
"The exit clauses will be valid from July, with a fee of 12 million euros for Serie A clubs and 15 million for foreign clubs.”
Currently at Monza, Maldini is working to carve out an important role in Raffaele Palladino's team, aiming to continue his growth and prove his worth.
His stay at Monza until the end of the season will allow the forward to focus on the league, with the chance to earn a bigger opportunity in the future, as relayed via Pianeta Milan.
As for AC Milan, they are entitled to a 50% of the player's future sale.
