Milan continues to close in on two missions to secure contract extensions.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, only the signatures of Mike Maignan and Tijjani Reijnders are missing. The two players will extend their professional relationship with the Rossoneri, following in the footsteps of Matteo Gabbia (already announced) and, perhaps, Theo Hernandez.

The newspaper highlights the challenges of renewing contracts for two world-class top players, emphasising the management's skill in timing and negotiating financially acceptable terms. Here are the details: Maignan's salary will increase from 3.2 million euros to 5 million euros, with a three-year extension pushing the expiration date from 2026 to 2029. Reijnders, one year after joining, will commit to the Rossoneri club until 2029 as well, like Maignan, with an option for an additional year. His salary will rise from 1.7 million euros to 3.5 million euros.
Milan will take advantage of the Decreto Crescita (Growth Decree) for both contracts.
No release clauses: for the number 16 and the number 14, negotiations with the Milanese club will be required, as relayed via MilanPress.
