Milan, as reported by Luca Marchetti on Sky Sport 24, made a last-second attempt to swoop in for Philip Billing and steal him from Napoli, engaging in talks with Bournemouth and the player’s entourage.
However, the Danish midfielder chose to honour his commitment to Napoli, where he will move on loan with an option to buy set at 9 to 10 million euros.
Who is Philip Billing?
The player in question is a Danish central midfielder with Nigerian roots. He is left-footed and stands at 193 centimetres tall. He is 28 years of age.
With AFC Bournemouth this season, he only managed to play a total of 176 minutes across 10 Premier League matches.
