AC Milan Futuro, in its debut season among professionals in Serie C, is not doing very well. The Rossoneri boys, coached by Daniele Bonera, are currently third-to-last in the standings, seven points away from the first safe position and two points from the playout zone.
It’s clear that relegation to Serie D (possible under the regulations) would represent a failure of the Rossoneri project, which cannot afford such a misstep if it wants this initiative to have any meaning.

For this reason, sporting director Jovan Kirovski has started working during this winter transfer window.
This was reported this morning by Tuttosport, which headlines about the American director:
"Kirovski, revolution at Milan Futuro."
The subheading adds:
"Magrassi, Camporese, and Ianesi signed. Intense negotiations for Quirini."
This team, often deprived of its best players due to call-ups to the first team, needs experience. The almost 31-year-old center-forward Andrea Magrassi was signed immediately, and today the official announcement is expected for former Serie A defender Michele Camporese, who was at Casa Milan yesterday to sign his contract.
Meanwhile, medical examinations and the signing are scheduled today for the offensive winger Simone Ianesi from Pontedera, born in 2002. And it doesn’t stop there: they are also targeting Ettore Quirini, a full-back from Lucchese born in 2003.
