Gianluca Di Marzio, on his website, reports this update on Milan’s transfer market:
Milan is particularly active both in terms of arrivals and departures
"In these final days of the winter transfer window, the Rossoneri club is particularly active both in terms of arrivals and departures. However, the sale of Morata to Galatasaray is currently blocked by Santiago Gimenez, as the Spaniard will not leave before the Rossoneri have found his replacement. Milan has yet to finalise a deal for the Feyenoord striker, and the Champions League draw, which pitted the two teams against each other, has made the negotiation even more complicated. However, both parties are working to unlock the deal. An alternative to Gimenez was, and remains, Lorenzo Lucca, the Udinese striker.
Milan is also active on the outgoing transfer market...
"Fikayo Tomori is being closely followed in England. In recent hours, Tottenham has been pushing hard for the English defender, currently overtaking Aston Villa in this two-way race. For the Rossoneri player, it would mean a return to the Premier League. This season, the defender has played 21 matches across league and cup competitions, registering one assist."
