With just a few days to go before the league match against Como, which will be played at San Siro on Saturday, March 15, at 6:00 PM, journalist Carlo Pellegatti hosted his colleague and expert on AC Milan affairs, Monica Colombo of Corriere della Sera, on his YouTube channel. She shared her perspective on Milan’s uncertain future, including the choice of a new sporting director—currently absent from the club—and a new coach, in light of Giorgio Furlani’s confirmation in recent hours that he retains full control over sporting matters.
Monica Colombo’s words on the list of candidates for the sporting director role:
"At the moment, Paratici is in pole position—I’m curious to see how it will turn out. There is a part of the club that is hesitant due to his suspension, legal proceedings, and so we’ll see what the outcome will be. Then there is Tony D’Amico, but I’ve been told he doesn’t have full command of English, and given that he would need to communicate with an American ownership, that’s not a minor handicap."
