Regarding the future of Milan’s bench, of SportMediaset on Italia Uno reports that Sergio Conceição wants to keep the Rossoneri bench, but everything will depend on the results that the Portuguese coach achieves in this final stretch of the season and on the choice of the new sporting director (Paratici and Tare are in the running, but they are not the only candidates that the club is evaluating).
In recent weeks, there has been much talk about Massimiliano Allegri and his possible return to the Milan bench: for now, it is only a media suggestion. The future of Milan’s bench will depend on the results that Conceição achieves in this final stretch of the season and on the choice of the new sporting director, who will arrive by Easter.
Sergio Conceição participated in the "Coimbra Football Congress 2025" during which he made these statements about his choice to accept Milan’s offer:
"I wanted to go to one of the strongest leagues in the world. I have the dream and the goal of winning the Champions League, and for this reason, I chose my current club. I knew the difficulties I would face, in a context where I did not choose the team, where I have no time to train, and with the obligation to win. However, it is a historic club that can give me the chance to get closer to one of the goals of my career, after having won a lot in Portugal."
