Matteo Moretto, the well-known journalist and transfer market expert, spoke on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel about the Conrad Harder deal:
"The deal for Harder to Milan was never finalized: there was never an approval to travel to Milan. As of now, Harder is keeping other options alive as well; he wants to carefully choose his next club. It never reached the signing stage because the player’s entourage kept changing the conditions."
Moretto continued:
"Now Milan is deciding what to do, whether to withdraw and whether to reactivate other plans or solutions."
