Although San Siro and its surrounding areas have become the property of Milan and Inter, several administrative and legal disputes remain open regarding procedures initiated by the Municipality of Milan in recent years. As revealed by 'Calcio e Finanza', there are seven appeals still pending related to the Meazza, distributed among the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy (TAR), the Council of State, and the Presidency of the Republic.
Today, Tuesday, November 11, two hearings are scheduled for separate appeals. The first, filed by the "Gruppo Verde San Siro" association and some residents, concerns the 2021 resolution on public interest. The second involves the guidelines used to approve the framework for the sale of the real estate complex known as "Ambito GFU San Siro."
The first appeal seeks to annul the 2021 municipal resolution on public interest. The TAR had already rejected the request for an interim suspension on October 16, 2025, while the precautionary hearing is scheduled for today. The second appeal followed a similar path: the TAR denied the request for an interim suspension on October 10, and its precautionary hearing is also set for today, one day after the protection measure for the stadium’s second tier was expected to take effect.
