He brought the squad together at Milanello, didn’t attack them; instead, he took responsibility, explaining that he had made the mistake by changing the tactical system against Udinese. He didn’t raise his voice, but rather almost reassured and supported the group. Max knows how to communicate, he knows how to guide a team to the Champions League.”
