During his usual video update on his YouTube channel, Fabrizio Romano provided an overview of several important topics, including the future of former Milan player Sandro Tonali, that of Robert Lewandowski, one of the many names on Milan’s radar for next summer, and more.
On Robert Lewandowski:
“It was reported that Pini Zahavi, Lewandowski’s agent, was at San Siro for Milan-Juventus. With the utmost respect, I can tell you that the agent was not in Milan this weekend. Zahavi is currently outside Europe, so Lewandowski’s future was not something he worked on over the weekend, though he will be in Italy soon. He wasn’t at San Siro for Milan-Juventus, but this could end up being a purely Italian matter when it comes to the Polish striker’s future. Milan are somewhat divided internally and haven’t fully initiated this move yet, firstly because they need to understand the costs, and then of course there are question marks related to his age. Juventus have spoken with his agents on several occasions to understand the situation, but there is no offer. Lewandowski has received significant offers from the Saudi Pro League and MLS, and one shouldn’t forget Barcelona’s renewal offer, just one year, on reduced terms, and not particularly convincing. Zahavi will be in Milan soon, but he was not present for Milan-Juventus."
