Carlo Pellegatti, a journalist, spoke on his YouTube channel about Milan’s defeat to Sassuolo:
“Today, Milan is an empty shell. The loss to Sassuolo has highlighted a malaise the team has been carrying for five matches now. One goal in the last five games, four points out of a possible fifteen. If it were a horse, it would need to be taken out to pasture. The shortcomings in Reggio Emilia were evident in every aspect: build-up play, overall performance, physical condition. This Milan side is completely in crisis."
Pellegatti added:
"We don’t know what steps Allegri will want to take to try to stop this bleeding in both team play and individual performances: right now, there isn’t a single player, even with changes in attack, who reaches a passing grade.”
