The Milannews website published a post on Instagram today: "You have killed our passion, love and ambition. Milan. Four years to extinguish enthusiasm, identity and ambition: a Super Cup cannot be enough to mask a management that has divided the Rossoneri fanbase, now accustomed to watching others celebrate." The AC Milan supporters left many comments and also many 'likes'. Among them was also Theo Hernández, former Rossoneri full-back who in the past never hid his disappointment at how he was treated by the current club management: "I would never have left. My priority was to stay. They said I had asked for exorbitant figures for a renewal, that I was pushing for a transfer… all false. When I arrived there were Massara, Boban and Maldini, my idol. Ibra is top, but after Paolo everything changed for the worse. I deserved better treatment. I didn’t expect it. Some teammates encouraged me to stay, but when a director calls you and tells you ‘if you stay here, we’ll put you out of the squad’, what can I do? I look elsewhere,” said the Frenchman last December to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
