In addition to the technical director and head coach, positions for which the leading favourites are Ralf Rangnick and Oliver Glasner, the future sporting director of Milan could also be German-speaking. This was reported this morning by today's edition of Gazzetta dello Sport, which explains that several candidates have already been assessed for the role, with particular attention being paid to Germany: from Devin Ozek to Johannes Spors, as well as Marcel Schäfer and many others.
In recent hours, Spors in particular has been widely discussed as Milan's new sporting director, mainly because of his connection with Rangnick. If Rangnick were to be put in charge of Milan's technical department, he has already made it known that he would like to bring trusted associates into the club. The current sporting director of Southampton also previously worked at Genoa.
