The AC Milan club, with owner Gerry Cardinale becoming more and more involved in its matters, are starting to shape the transfer market plans and strategies.
In fact, Italian journalist Enzo Bucchioni, in his editorial on TMW, spoke as follows about AC Milan’s interest in Gonçalo Ramos:
"In the meantime Amorim is trying to convince his fellow countryman Gonçalo Ramos, who at PSG is certainly not a key figure. At Milan he could find a major relaunch, even though the deal is expensive and PSG are valuing him at around fifty million. The Rossoneri will have to invest if they want to become competitive again. Cardinale cannot just drift along; after so many failures the fans are restless (rightly so), a proper and serious football project is needed. And in any case, with Amorim, I am not sure Cardinale has understood this, the squad will have to be radically changed because there are few players in the squad with the characteristics to play the Portuguese coach’s football."
