AC Milan are working to strengthen their defence, and they are likely to bring in at least two new signings, especially if, as now appears likely, Fikayo Tomori also departs. According to this morning's edition of 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the English defender is expected to leave because his contract expires in 2027, and the club does not appear to have any intention of offering him a new deal.
As a result, to avoid losing him on a free transfer, the Rossoneri are aiming to sell him during this summer transfer window. But where could Tomori, who arrived at Milanello in January 2021, end up next? The most likely scenario is a return to England, where he has previously played for Chelsea, Brighton, Hull City, and Derby County.
