AC Milan, with their change of formation, could decide to let some midfielders leave due to reduced playing time, and among the potential departures is Samuele Ricci.
Ricci on the way out?
According to Gianluigi Longari of Sportitalia, the midfielder, who joined last summer from Torino for €22 million plus bonuses, may no longer be part of the club's and Ruben Amorim's plans.
The player's representatives are exploring the market. In recent weeks, they have held some talks with Atalanta and have more recently offered him to Atlético Madrid.
His numbers with AC Milan
In his first season wearing the Rossoneri shirt, under Massimiliano Allegri, the 2001-born midfielder made 34 appearances, scoring 1 goal and providing 4 assists across Serie A and the Coppa Italia, as relayed via Milan Press.
As Amorim said in his first press conference, he will assess the Rossoneri players, during the first few days of pre-season training before making a final decision.
