The official nature of his move during the FIFA World Cup had prevented him from enjoying his first moments as a Milan player in Italy. On 30 June, Gonçalo Ramos officially became a new AC Milan player, and today he arrived in Milan with his family.
The Portuguese international made a surprise visit to Milan’s training camp. Although Milan’s new forward still had a few days off, like all the players who participated in the World Cup, he agreed to visit his new teammates on the first day of training camp.
RedBird founder and Milan owner Gerry Cardinale welcomed him upon his arrival with great enthusiasm. In fact, Cardinale is the driving force behind this new beginning at the club; he’s chatting with many players with energy and enthusiasm, as pointed out via our editor Vito Angele.

As shown on Instagram by Ramos' partner, Margarida Amaral Domingues, the striker arrived in his new city this morning with his family after stopping off in Paris. They are set to marry in the Algarve, and only afterwards will Ramos move to Milan permanently to begin working under Ruben Amorim.

Joining Gonçalo Ramos and Margarida Amaral Domingues is their son, who is just over a year old. And he has already received a special gift in Rossoneri colours.
