According to a report from journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Galatasaray have offered Milan a loan deal with an option to buy for Rafael Leão, but the formula does not convince the Rossoneri club management.
The AC Milan board, however, are only looking to offload their number 10 on a permanent transfer, as per the Italian journalist.
Leão will still join the team for their pre-season tour in Perth on 29 July, despite having made his desire to seek a new challenge widely known. Meanwhile, Fenerbahçe have officially ruled out their interest in the Milan number 10, denying reports of a €100 million mega-operation involving both the transfer fee and salary.
