Pervis Estupinan seemed destined to join Aston Villa, but Ruben Amorim blocked his departure because he first wanted to assess him during the summer tour of Australia and Indonesia. The South American full-back failed to convince, however, and Milan have now put him back on the transfer market. Should he leave, the club could look to bring in a new left-sided player.
According to Repubblica this morning, Milan are considering two particular names for the left flank: Nuno Tavares, the Portuguese Lazio player born in 2000, and Nicola Zalewski, the Polish player born in 2002 who currently plays for Atalanta.
But, AC Milan first need to find a buyer for Estupinan, who is no longer a target for Aston Villa, with the Premier League club having already completed the signing of Matteo Ruggeri from Atletico Madrid.
