AC Milan certainly do not start among the favourites for the title, but a prestigious club like the Rossoneri cannot be left out of the list of contenders. Compared to Inter and Napoli, Ruben Amorim’s side are certainly further behind, but the Portuguese coach has shown that he can achieve even surprising results when backed and supported by both the team and the ownership.
On this subject, 'Corriere della Sera' ran the headline this morning:
"Amorim’s reform and a valuable transfer market”.
So far, it has brought four new faces to Milan at a total cost of almost €180 million, money that only the performances on the pitch will tell us whether it has been well spent or not.
