Galatasaray are repoetedly ready to make a renewed bid for Rafael Leao.
The Turkish club are preparing a new offer to present to Milan, with the intention of reaching an agreement with the Rossoneri as quickly as possible, as relayed via Milannews.it.
This is a decisive moment for the negotiations and for Leao’s future, a saga that has been making headlines since the end of May. After their initial proposal a month ago, worth €35 million, Galatasaray have decided to make their move and put forward a new official offer, which will be formally submitted to Milan very soon.
The proposal will be around €50 million, with some bonuses still to be discussed, but that is the key figure that could unlock a situation which, in recent weeks, has also been enriched by reported interest from Tottenham and Aston Villa, driven by Jorge Mendes’ work. However, neither club has turned that interest into an official offer for Milan or the player.
We are therefore approaching the climax of the summer transfer saga. Galatasaray, who are also under significant media and fan pressure to bring a major name to Istanbul, are ready to end their period of observation and push to sign Rafa Leao, the player who has always been at the top of the club’s list for this summer transfer window. The club’s official offer is now awaited, along with Milan’s decision.
At this stage, the Rossoneri cannot risk keeping a player as difficult to accommodate as Rafa in the squad.
