AC Milan today announced the temporary signing of Omari Elijah Giraud‑Hutchinson from Nottingham Forest FC, including an option to make the transfer permanent. The loan agreement runs until 30 June 2027.
Born in Redhill, England, on 30 October 2003, Hutchinson holds English nationality and is also naturalised Jamaican. He came through the youth systems at Chelsea and Arsenal, signing his first professional contract with the latter in November 2020. In the summer of 2022 he returned to Chelsea, and in January 2023 he made his First Team debut in the Premier League against Manchester City. The following season, on loan at Ipswich Town, he played a key role in the Club's return to the top flight after 22 years, contributing 10 goals.
After his spell in Suffolk, he joined Nottingham Forest on a permanent deal in the summer of 2025, making 41 appearances and scoring one goal.
A left‑footed attacking winger, Omari has also been a standout performer for England's youth national teams. With the U21s, he won the 2025 UEFA European Under‑21 Championship held in Slovakia.
Omari Hutchinson will wear the number 20 shirt.
The Club extends a warm welcome to Omari as he joins the Rossoneri family.
