The Italian newspaper 'Il Giornale' carries the following headline in this morning’s edition:
"Amorim’s problems: his Milan is still not there yet."
Sunday’s draw away to Juventus highlighted some setbacks and showed that there are still many questions to resolve. The newspaper writes: "The takeaway from the 1-1 draw in Turin is therefore the following: there is still a long way to go before we see an Amorim-led Milan, while the attacking midfield setup also remains unclear, with the substitutions having had an impact. Finally, there is the curious situation of Pulisic, Cardinale’s favourite, who has an enviable goalscoring record but remained on the bench throughout. It is true that his time will come with the Europa League. In the meantime, there are other selection battles that need to be clarified (Moreira or Chukwueze, Rabiot in an attacking role rather than alongside Modric, Cisse or Saelemaekers)."
