Once upon a time, San Siro was Milan’s fortress, with the Rossoneri making the most of home advantage to win matches and pick up points, but something has changed in recent months.
Milan’s struggles at San Siro
In the last seven home matches played across last season and the current campaign, the Rossoneri have managed just two wins: against Torino last season and Venezia this season.
There have been four defeats: three under Allegri, against Udinese, Atalanta and Cagliari, and one under Amorim, against Benfica. The only draw came against Juventus last season.
It is also worth noting that, so far in Serie A, the Rossoneri have played just one of their four matches at home, the victory over Venezia.
Tomorrow, they will return to the Meazza, which is celebrating 100 years of history today, looking to continue turning things around, at least in Serie A.
