Speaking about the current Milan side, former Rossoneri striker Alexandre Pato made the following comments during his appearance as a guest at the Trento Sports Festival:
On the current Milan side:
"I always follow them. A lot has changed compared to the Milan side I played for, just as football itself has changed. My Milan was the strongest team in the world. A few days ago, I spoke to Cardinale, and he is convinced that Milan will win trophies again. It won't be easy, as the fans want to see the team winning straight away, but I'm sure he will do everything he can to bring Milan back to winning ways. Milan will always have a special place in my heart. I would have loved to play alongside Modric, and I hope Luka can do well."
On which current Milan players he likes:
"I really liked Leao. It's a shame he left. I also really like Pulisic. He has the courage to take the ball and drive towards goal. He has started scoring again and has more confidence now. Hopefully, he can help Milan return to the Champions League."
