AC Milan midfielder Ardon Jashari spoke to Sky Sport ahead of the match against Salzburg, making the following comments.
On the criticism following the Sassuolo draw:
"We got a draw, but we should be winning these kinds of games. We need to improve our mentality after taking the lead. Today is a new day and a new opportunity, and we will try to win."
On being a regular starter for his national team but rotating at Milan, Jashari said:
“For me, and for every player, playing as much as possible is essential to being at your best. We have been rotating a lot recently, but like everyone else, I am focused on what is best for the team. Obviously, though, if you get regular minutes, your performances improve as well.”
On RB Salzburg:
“They are a good team, otherwise they would not be playing against us today. But we need to focus on ourselves and think about the game.”
