Tomorrow, AC Milan will return to the field in the Coppa Italia, a trophy that Paulo Fonseca must certainly consider.
This is reported this morning by Tuttosport, which suggests that success in the Coppa Italia could extend the Portuguese coach’s tenure with the Rossoneri.

Milan, it's been quite a while...
The Rossoneri last victory in the Coppa Italia dates back more than 21 years, to the 2002-03 season, when the team led by Carlo Ancelotti defeated Fabio Capello’s Roma in a two-legged final. Since then, the competition has brought only disappointments for the club. However, as Inter demonstrated in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, winning the Coppa Italia can make an otherwise underwhelming season without a league title much less bitter.
