During the usual video update on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, Matteo Moretto provided an update on Milan’s incoming transfer market.
On Javi Guerra and Ardon Jashari:
"Valencia has submitted a written renewal offer to Javi Guerra. The Spanish player will now evaluate it carefully and calmly, while still being aware of Milan’s interest. Of course, it's also a matter of timing. We’ll have to see if Milan can break through Bruges' wall, although I keep being told that there won’t be any further bids for Jashari. So, Milan’s offer will theoretically remain as it is: €32.5 million plus bonuses.
"Milan is pushing hard through the player’s will, but it remains to be seen whether that will be enough. New contacts are definitely expected to see whether this kind of strategy will bear fruit. Jashari remains an active target. Milan still believes they can land him. At the same time, they’re working on the Javi Guerra option, who, as I mentioned, has just received Valencia’s written renewal offer."
