In recent days, rumours have circulated suggesting that Milan, which is still without a CEO, a technical director, a sporting director and a coach, may not be able to register for the next Serie A season.
The lawyer Felice Raimondo explains on 'X' why it can:
"Milan and 16 June: what the FIGC Licensing Manual really says about the organisational structure without a coach and without a sporting director. From Title III, precise deadlines emerge that differ from those reported by the media: the coach must be registered by 7 August, the Sporting Director by 15 September."
"There is no imminent deadline that the club risks missing. There is already a legal representative (Scaroni) able to sign the commitment declaration required by mid-month. The urgency that objectively exists is linked exclusively to sporting, tactical and summer preparation reasons, as every day lost weighs on the season that begins in August."
