The Italian newspaper 'Corriere dello Sport' explains what AC Milan’s next steps are after the official appointment of the coach. It is now clear to everyone that the Rossoneri already have a solid relationship with Markus Krösche and Timmo Hardung, both contractually tied to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The obstacle is precisely the Bundesliga club. Understandably, their intention is not to release them for free and they are asking for compensation of 7 million euros. In the next few hours, a meeting is expected between Krösche and the German club: there is already an understanding between the parties regarding a possible departure.
Although he is not yet officially in charge, it is the Head of Football, Krosche, who gave approval for the name of Amorim. A firm clarification: the pair will come to Milan only if they are granted full freedom of action in managing the first team’s sporting area and in coordinating the youth sector.
