Warren Bondo’s future is still very much up in the air. The French midfielder is set to leave Milan (he was not even called up by Amorim for pre-season) and, after turning down Turkey’s Corum and MLS side San Jose Earthquakes, he can now consider two options in Serie A.
In the last few hours, an opportunity with Sassuolo has emerged for Warren Bondo. The Neroverdi’s sporting director has stepped up contacts with Milan’s head of the transfer market, Hendrik Almstadt, to assess the feasibility of a deal, as relayed via Calciomercato.com.
Discussions are taking place over the possible transfer formula and the financial terms of a deal for the player. Monza had also made enquiries about the French midfielder over a possible return to his former club, but did not take the matter any further.
