AC Milan are reportedly leading the transfer race for Napoli's full-back Elseid Hysaj, who is few months away from becoming a free-agent should he doesn't end up renewing his contract with the Partenopei.
According to the latest informations provided by Il Mattino, the Azzurri are set to make a last-minute proposal for the 27-year-old in order to convince him to extend his agreement with the club. Anyway, there may be a new meeting to understand if he will accept, or he will opt for parting ways.
