France will usher in a new era under Zinedine Zidane as head coach, with four Nations League fixtures coming up: Turkey on September 25, Belgium on September 28, Italy on October 2 and Belgium again on October 5.
An interesting update has come directly from highly regarded broadcaster RMC Sport, which reports that the new France boss has chosen four captains for the national team. The list includes Milan midfielder Adrien Rabiot, alongside Kylian Mbappé, Ousmane Dembélé and Jules Koundé.
The decision was based on their established leadership within the dressing room, as well as the number of international appearances they have made.
